Agree with Fahim vai. The prime factorization of $240$ is:
$240 = 2^4 \times 3 \times 5$
The power of $2,3,4$ is $4,1,1$ respectively.But we have to add $+1$ with (as the power $0$ is also included) the powers.And then we got $(4+1)(1+1)(1+1)=20$.
So,$20$ is correct ans.
