Yes that is almost the same as my solution. Just note that we don't need to move the disks because each such point specifies one and only one of the disks (as they are disjoint).

আমার নাম সামিন রিয়াসাত নায়েল, কেমব্রিজ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে গণিতে প্রথম বর্ষে অধ্যায়নরত। প্রাক্তন ক্যাম্পার এবং আইএমও-তে ২০০৮ এবং ২০০৯ সালের বাংলাদেশ গণিত দলের সদস্য। বিশুদ্ধ গণিতে (pure mathematics) আগ্রহী। হয়ত এজন্য না খেয়ে মরতে হবে, তবুও এটা নিয়েই থাকতে চাই।

Hint: first think about when $p^a+p^b=n^2$, for some $n\in\mathbb N$.
