what does this post's icon mean?

I guess you are referring to the "fire" icon, right? That's actually user set icon...they don't have special meaning. You better ask rakeen what he meant.

When does a topic become HOT! Does it depend on number of posts or moderators mark something hot or something else?
Also waht is "link forum"?

I tried to find out if there is any problem with our forum. I failed to find one. Looks like... its perfect

Link forum means link, nothing else...I mean I can add facebook url there, and it will redirect you to FB.

Yup...the forum is VERY stable now! Actually many customizations are made to make this forum stable (not all are visible). The most exotic was javascript caching. After I did that I could not help saying "WoW".

yes lot more stable. I can now turn my hand made smileys to image through "quick reply". But, you should make it more stable and user-friendly. Many things make you go to other page instead of viewing that thing on the current page. Like the preview option. If you select preview you'll find that a new page is reloading! instead of that the preview can be done within that page.(if it is faster than before )
