Let $n$ be a positive integer with $1998$ decimal digits ,all of them $1$ that is
$N=11111................11$
Find the thousandth digit after the decimal point of $\sqrt{N}$
হার জিত চিরদিন থাকবেই
তবুও এগিয়ে যেতে হবে.........
বাধা-বিঘ্ন না পেরিয়ে
বড় হয়েছে কে কবে.........

May be the answer is $3$. But my process is quite algorithmic.So I want to see a good solution. :D

Sometimes they work.
One one thing is neutral in the universe, that is $0$.
