I'm afraid it's NOT the Cauchy reverse technique.Cauchy reverse is used to change signs.For details you may check "Secrets in Inequalities" by Pham Kim Hung.(page 27 of the version I have)

:oops: :oops: I am Sorry. Actually the Cauchy Reverse Technique means to change a singular expression into a difference of two expressions,then to estimate the second expression of this difference,which has a minus sign. Sorry for my wrong definition.
