There is nothing wrong with the content of your message, but why do you think that we are waiting here to ban you?

I just wanted to know whether there is any primary level members or not.
if there isn't,why make a level where nobody posts(or have the ability to solve the questions)

I made the title a little catchy so that many members would opine here.
