We know that,if $E$ and $F$ are the midpoints of the sides $AB$ and $AC$ respectively of the triangle $ABC$ ,then $BC$ is parallel to $EF$ and $EF=BC/2$.Is the converse true :?: That is,let $E$ and $F$ are points on the sides $AB$ and $AC$ respectively of the triangle $ABC$ such that $EF=BC/2$.Then,are the points $E$ and $F$ midpoints of $AB$ and $AC$ :?: :?
