Is there any non-trivial square (having multiple digits) all of whose digits are same??

I don't understand why I am confused.
Let $aaaa....a$ be the number.Then $aaaa....aa=a*111...111$ but $111....11\equiv -1(mod\ 4)$

Trivial means 1, 4 and 9, which have only one digit.rakeen wrote:'non-trivial square' means?
Non trivial are all others.
