Definite Integral of sin x

Unread post by Catherine » Sat Aug 22, 2015 4:55 pm

Need help on definite integral..

Want to find the definite integral of sin x with limit from 0 to 1.

integration of sin x is - cos x,
Applying the limits, -cos (1) - cos (0)
- 0.5403 - 1
= - 1. 5403.

But this definite integral calculator ( https://www.easycalculation.com/integra ... l-form.php ) says, it is 0.4597.

How???

Thanks in advance...
