You cannot differentiate factorial function. Think about the definition of differentiation.

Yes, I know that the factorial function is not continuous. So, it cannot be differentiated. but i heard that the factorial of fractions do exist. So, what is the meaning of that? Is it a specialty of Gama Function?

Yes, that's gamma function.

I think gamma function is not continuous too. So it is not differentiable.

Gamma function is complex differentiable. It's also real differentiable (hence continuous) at all real numbers except negative integers and zero (at these points the function is undefined).
