We can get it through equations of motion.
Suppose there is a circle road while we can move a car with on the circumference. Now,by multiplying the speed and time (WHICH'S TAKEN WITH A PERFECT MOVE) ,we get the displacement (circumference).We can get the diameter easily.So......
But there's some (great) limitations with that way.We all know that it's not possible as irrational length can't be measured.One can find only rational length.(such like a square having whole number measurement of its side should have irrational diagonal, but don't really......)
Also you can get problem with speed and velocity.
Whatever,this way can give a close value to pi.But not the PERFECT.
Better to have 'neurone anuranan'.
