where is trigonmetry??

sum the following n-term series for $A=30^o$.

\[\cos A \cos A+(\cos A)^2 \cos (2A)+(\cos A)^3 \cos (3A)+\cdots+(\cos A)^n \cos (nA)\].. :twisted:

I think trying with $cos \theta = Re ( e^{i \theta}) $ works...........
