Let's define the $ n $-th term of the sequence as
$ a_1+3a_2+5a_3+7a_4+2a_5+9a_6+a_7+a_9+a_{10}+2a_{11} $
where $ n\equiv i(mod 11)\Longrightarrow a_i=1 $
and $ n\not\equiv i(mod 11)\Longrightarrow a_i=0 $
Then the next two terms are $ 1 $&$ 3 $ consecutively. :)
