Given a circle of $n$ lights, exactly one of which is initially $on$, it is permitted to change the state of a bulb, provided that one also changes the state of every $d$th bulb after it (where $d$ is a divisor of $n$ strictly less than $n$, provided that before the move, all these $n$/$d$ bulbs were in the same state as another. For what values of $n$ is it possible to turn all the bulbs $on$ by making a sequence of moves of this kind?

Something about this problem:

I couldn't solve it. No offence, but I personally think that no one will be able to solve it as its official one, as it is veryyyyy cruxy. No one (maybe a very few) should be able to think like that. There may be other solutions, I would very much like to see that. But it IS a problem worth trying.

$n$ টি বাতির একটি বৃত্ত । যার মধ্যে প্রথমে একটি জ্বলন্ত অবস্থায় থাকবে । বাতির অবস্থা পরিবর্তন করা যাবে যদি কোন একটি বাতি নিভালে বা জালালে এর পরের প্রতি $d$ নম্বর বাতি নিভাতে বা জ্বালাতে হবে (অবশ্যই $d,n$ এর চেয়ে ছোট একটি ভাজক) এবং যেগুলো পরিবর্তন করা হবে অর্থাৎ $n /d$ টি বাতি, পরিবর্তনের আগে যেন একই অবস্থায় থাকে ।
$n$ এর কোন মানগুলোর জন্য এ ধরনের পদক্ষেপ নিয়ে এমন অবস্থায় পৌঁছান যাবে যখন সবগুলো বাতিই জ্বালানো থাকবে ?
