Teflon:why we use in fry pan

Teflon creates hinderance in conductivity of heat though it is non-sticky. Why do we use that in fry pan then?

you have got your answer in your question.as teflon is not much conductive, it is easy to control the cooking or frying by increasing or decreasing the heat. to fry things we use oil. which makes the food sticky to the pan.if it sticks, it'll burn.so here the non stickiness of teflon is useful.

I think he's used html tag!(may be). \displaystyle is used in TEXMaker when creating a document.

We use teflon in frying pans because its low chemical reactivity,exellent toughness,electrical and heat resistance.
