Firstly, what will happen if a cell is kept in a place with much water?
As far as I have known, concentrated Sugar solution is pushed into a pumpkin to make it larger. How this result can be explained by osmosis?

Next,yes,pushing concentrated sugar solution into a pumpkin is a well-used method used in the pumpkin competitions in England and other European countries. May be some can use it in business... though it may be illegal.

Also, it really has 0 business efficiency, as sugar solution is far more expensive than pumpkin, only contests might have enough prize money to match the cost for doing that.
