1) Geometry Revisited - H.S.M. Coxeter
2) 104 Number Theory Problems - Titu Andreescu, Dorin Andrica, Zuming Feng
3) Elementary Number Theory - Jones and Jones
4) The Art and craft of Problem Solving - Paul Zeitz.

P.S. 4) is an all in one book that contains all of Number Theory, Algebra, Calculus. Make sure you buy its $2^{nd}$ edition which also has Geometry in addition.

Oh...If you are just a begginer then I suggest (from my experience) you that first of all, complete your own text book. Then for Geometry you must complete the text books of 9-10 .Then you will be able the other well-known books. And use your net and Google.
