We knoe that the stars which are greater than sun(1.4 times in mass) becomes blackholes when they die. But what would happen blackhole dies???

Nothing very interesting happens. Black hole's die very slowly. It's like, if you putting a glass of water on your table and waiting for it to evaporate by itself. Of course, this is only theory (by Stephen Hawking); we have never actually seen a dying black hole.

Die means a stars' tragic end of its life just like ours nothing special
Burning all its fuel when a star blasts it dies though it stays fading for sometime

Basically dying means it loses energy in some way and when there is no energy left, it's dead, because it does not exist anymore.

I was talking about the black hole not star. If black hole starts to loses energy then it should be a star again!

Black hole is a star, just a very dense one with infinite density.
No, being a black hole is not dependent on the total energy, it's dependent on the energy density. Once it becomes a black hole, it remains a black hole until it evaporates completely.

No, it's a very slow decay of energy. Stephen Hawking once said, the amount of energy emitted by a black hole in a day is less than the amount of energy a human emits when he/she sneezes.
