Dhaka Junior 2011/7

A four headed giant has $63$ children. He wants to name them. The names should be in three English letters. A letter can be used more than one time but the names shouldn't be same. What is the least number of the letters
used in the names?

Almost same problem appeared in Secondary category: viewtopic.php?f=41&t=478
$4$ as $4^3=64>63$ :)
