Ok...What did we learn from the sentence "Differnce should be 3"? In divisional you can write this and probably get full point, but here our main goal is to discuss and learn. So PLEASE everyone post complete solution or at least some outline/logic, please.

The minimum difference between a 12 digit odd 11& digit even number should be the difference between last 11digit even number and 1st 12 digit odd number.Thus we get 3
