HABIZABI is a function that tells power of $2$ for any number. If the number is not a power of $2$, then it answers $2$. ABOLTABOL is a function which adds $31$ with a number and then HABIZABI it. HABIZABI(HABIZABI(ABOLTABOL(ABOLTABOL($2017$ ))))=?

ABOLTABOL(2017) is equals to HABIZABI(2048) or HABIZABI(2^11) which is equals to 11
So ABOLTABOL(ABOLTABOL(2017))=ABOLTABOL(11)
Now,
ABOLTABOL(11)=HABIZABI(42) which is =2 [Since 42 is not a power of 2]
So, the question can be simplified as..
HABIZABI(HABIZABI(2^1))
=HABIZABI(1)
=HABIZABI(2^0)
=0 [ANS]
