Osmosis

 Firstly, what will happen if a cell is kept in a place with much water?
 As far as I have known, concentrated Sugar solution is pushed into a pumpkin to make it larger. How this result can be explained by osmosis?

firstly, are you talking about keeping a living cell in too much water ?
secondly, explain that. I am interested. is that related to making a pumpkin large to make sold soon ?
\[\sum_{k=0}^{n-1}e^{\frac{2 \pi i k}{n}}=0\]
Using $L^AT_EX$ and following the rules of the forum are very easy but really important, too. Please co-operate.

Yeah, I am certainly talking about a living cell.
Next, yes, pushing concentrated sugar solution into a pumpkin is a well-used method used in the pumpkin competitions in England and other European countries. May be some can use it in business... though it may be illegal.

The process which happens there is endosmosis.
Also, it really has 0 business efficiency, as sugar solution is far more expensive than pumpkin, only contests might have enough prize money to match the cost for doing that.
Please read Forum Guide and Rules before you post.

Use $L^AT_EX$, It makes our work a lot easier!

Exactly....it is indeed a very familiar method in these sort of contests. :D
