Are you sure problem 5 doesn't have any typos? Seems likely because otherwise the problem seems rather unsymmetric wrt the variables.

Can anyone provide a translated version of problem 4? More specifically, are the $1993$ points inside the polygon or are they the vertices of the polygon? Moreover, are the vertices of the polygon all lattice points?

no problem even if there is typo in problem 5. all the same. As for problem 4, replace the word bindu with shirsho

It seems everyone didn't understand that in problem $8$, $a$ is an infinite series after decimal which has all the prime numbers consecutively. I thought you all would understand what it really meant. Anyway, there is still time left before submission. So correct your solutions accordingly

problem 3 solution: 2 ti bijor number er difference jodi 4 er gunitok hoy tahole sei 2 ta number er jogfol 4 dara nisheshe vag jay na.. kintu difference jodi only 2 er gunitok hoy tahole bivajjo hoy..... so je duita number er differ 4 er gunitok mane seitai hocce sei duita number er biyogfol.... so seita 4 dara nisheshe bivaggo..
