Tanvir Vaiya, I think it will better if we start 1.3 A fundamental inequality,
arithmetic mean-geometric mean

because it is a big chapter which is not possible to complete in a day.
Isn't it ?

Don't worry about the different versions of the book, just keep in mind that different people have different versions. So when you say problem no., page no. etc. copy the equations too.
